Consultation & brief
First, we establish the project scope, taking note of any stand requirements, such as electrical, networking or catering needs, desire for product displays or demonstrations. Assessing any organiser and venue guidelines/regulations for fire safety, food hygiene and preparation is all part of the end to end management service we provide, giving you peace of mind your project delivery and compliance is in good hands.
Stand Delivery
Highly organised and efficient, we plan and execute onsite builds with precision, able to operate under challenging time limits. Our staff are onsite throughout to handle the arrival of additional deliveries, coordinate scheduled technical installations or accommodate specialised fitters to ensure all stand elements and services are delivered on time and to your specification.
Design & Manufacture
Our team are skilled at successfully integrating required services into the stand design and structure in an appealing but efficient manner, balancing aesthetics with practicality, maintaining the overall look and feel while servicing practical operational needs, such as hiding underfloor cables, building in audiovisual elements, planning functional catering areas, private meeting rooms and useful storage spaces for merchandise or personal items.
Organiser/venue collaboration
Then, we evaluate the available venue space and facilities, using the technical floorplan to locate duct positions, and checking the show manual or online portal to confirm available onsite services and associated order deadline dates. We arrange any and all logistics involved with venue access, vehicle bookings and material deliveries.
