Our Story
ESM is a team of passionate professionals dedicated to managing the design, manufacture, build and installation of exhibition stands and live event environments. Established in 1989, we bring over 35 years of experience to every project we undertake. From our headquarters in Kent, we deliver bespoke solutions that reflect our clients' brands and drive engagement with their audiences.
All of our work is undertaken in house, with experienced designers, craftsmen and project managers ensuring that every stand we create is memorable, functional and aligns with your marketing goals. We love what we do and it shows in every project we deliver.

Sustainability is at the core of what we do, from initial design to onsite delivery. We encourage reuse, refurbishment and rebranding over refabrication where possible.

Sustainable Alternatives
We also offer environmentally friendly alternatives for graphics and fully recyclable carpets. Our staff are also trained in sustainable procurement practices and sourcing responsibly sourced materials, such as ecolabel (FSC/FSC mix, PEFC) timber.
Client Storage
Client storage for those intending to reuse their stand for multiple shows during the year, or reuse annually.

ESM is a proud member of the Exhibition Services & Suppliers Association (ESSA). Our ESSA Sustainability Accreditation reflects independently assessed, evidence-based standards across our business. Our Managing Director, Rob [surname], serves as Chair of ESSA, demonstrating our active commitment to shaping the future of the industry.

We are proud that our work has been recognised at the ESSA Awards, with Rushton winning Best Stand Build Under 10sqm on two separate occasions. These awards reflect the dedication and craftsmanship our team brings to every project, regardless of size.
EcoVadis Sustainability Rating
ESM has completed an EcoVadis sustainability assessment, undertaken at the request of one of our key clients. EcoVadis evaluates companies across four themes — Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement — against international standards including the UN Global Compact and ISO 26000.
