Venue & Organiser Liaison
We manage all communication with event organisers on your behalf, handling health and safety and stand plan submissions, including risk assessment, method statement and CDM plans. Onsite services, such as mains electrics, catering or water & waste are all ordered well ahead of any earlybird deadlines to avoid any costly surcharges.
Evaluation & rebooking
After the breakdown, all client collateral is returned, post show reviews conducted and the overall show success evaluated. If attending the show next year, we will book in a time to get back in touch.
On-Site Management & Client Handover
“Our team is present throughout the build and breakdown phases to ensure everything runs smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly; they can assist with any final requests, product or graphics placement and testing of equipment. A dedicated project/account manager will always be there to personally handover the project and ensure 100% satisfaction with the build.
Production oversight
Project managers monitor the progression of each project through production and manufacturing departments, ensuring everything is on track for delivery. We provide regular progress updates to clients and work with them to deliver a service tailored to their needs.
