At ESM our team handles everything with precision and care; from the first cut of material to the final installation at the venue, project development is guided by seamless communication between management, production and onsite teams. All manufacture takes place in our purpose-built facility in Sittingbourne, Kent, equipped with CNC machinery, a professional spray booth, and dedicated storage space, giving us complete control over quality, timing, and cost.

Job specification
Once the costs and design have been agreed upon, and the general scope, requirements and delivery date established, the manufacturing process can begin; clients receive a step by step project timeline, and project managers issue a detailed job specification to internal production and delivery teams.
Quality Inspection, Transport & Installation
Finished items undergo a thorough quality inspection before being wrapped and loaded for transport and installation at the venue by our expert craftspeople, under the supervision of your dedicated project and account manager.
Finishing Touches
Manufactured components are then clad, laminated or passed on to the decorating shop to be sprayed or finished in emulsion according to the specification and design visuals. We offer a colour matching service in partnership with our suppliers, ensuring the stand colour schemes match up with your brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
Workshop pre-builds
As part of our quality control process, our responsible project leaders will conduct a pre-assembly exercise in our workshop; this ensures any issues are quickly identified before installation onsite.
