Client Brief
One of our dedicated project managers will meet with you virtually or in person to gain a clear understanding of your objectives, brand identity, and stand requirements. Our team will work with you to explore layout, structure, and visual direction before providing a no-obligation initial project estimate.
Project Tracking
You will receive regular progress updates on the design and maintain control over final sign off on all drawings before they are sent to the CNC and shop floor for cutting and assembly by our experienced in house craftspeople.
Design Development
Our talented CAD draughtspeople take the design visuals and recreate them as scale models and detailed technical drawings. With your input, we refine and develop every aspect of the design, including materials, finishes, graphics, and technical details. This ensures the final concept is both visually striking and fully aligned with your expectations.
3D Visualisation
Alongside our written proposal, we also offer complimentary design visuals. These photorealistic 3D renders allow you an insight into how different features, finishes and orientations would translate to your space in the exhibition hall, optimised for delegate flows. At this stage we look to confirm interest before moving forward with additional development.
