We feel very strongly that good design in its various forms no matter what the environment, is aspirational. In that it has an aim or ambition. It has a longing and desire to be realised. And it is serving a clear objective or goal.

Looking forward to building up at #TFM&A this weekend. Hard at work for #oceanology and #ecobuild also. In planning for April this week too. Is this organisers putting more emphasis on customer sevice from their 'officials'? Spending more? Or just a good company ethos at work? 'Official contractors' so often seem undermanned, underfunded, and underpressure. SOGroup this year seem to have it right. #exhibitions Wherever we've worked this year so far and SOGroup have been the electrical contractor, their staff have been great. #refreshing On a brighter note, off to Frankfurt tomorrow for Ambiente. -12 deg but 7 days building a stand that looks great every year. #Exhibitions Customer retention is sometimes blind luck, no matter how hard you work or how well you do! Still believe do great stuff you will succeed! Mergers and acquisitions in the current climate can leave suppliers of those acquired with great uncertainty. #Exhibitions Another busy day at #ICE2012 Event is packed, and exhibitors working hard to get ROI.
